Can I reduce the excess?

In some cases, excess reduction products or protection packages may be available.

What happens if the vehicle is damaged?

You are responsible for any damage that occurs during your hire period until the vehicle is returned and checked back into custody.

What should I do in case of an accident?

If you are involved in an accident, you must contact Autofusion immediately once it is safe to do so.

Am I covered for driving abroad?

Driving abroad may be permitted in certain circumstances, but only with prior written approval.

Are additional drivers insured?

Yes, additional drivers may be added subject to approval, verification, and insurance acceptance.

What is not covered under the insurance?

Insurance does not cover every type of loss or damage.

What happens in case of theft?

If the vehicle is stolen or suspected stolen, you must contact the police immediately and notify Autofusion as soon as possible.

Who is responsible for the vehicle during the hire?

The approved hirer is fully responsible for the vehicle throughout the hire period.

Does insurance cover tyres and windscreen damage?

Standard insurance cover may not fully include tyre or windscreen damage.

What happens if I lose the keys?

If keys are lost, stolen, or damaged, you must contact Autofusion immediately.

Am I covered for breakdowns?

Yes, roadside assistance is included with most bookings unless the breakdown has been caused by misuse, negligence, or prohibited use.

What is considered negligence?

Negligence refers to situations where damage or loss occurs because the vehicle was not used responsibly or correctly.

Are punctures covered?

Tyre punctures and tyre-related damage are usually the responsibility of the hirer unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

Do I need to report minor damage?

Yes, all damage must be reported immediately, even if it appears small or cosmetic.
