The driver and car come from a vetted chauffeur operator in the Autofusion network. Autofusion handles your booking, payment and support, and the operator handles the journey.

Yes. Every chauffeur holds a UK private hire licence and is DBS checked, and every operator is checked for insurance cover, vehicle quality and service standards before joining.

What types of vehicles are available for chauffeur bookings?

You can choose from executive saloons, luxury saloons, luxury SUVs and wedding cars, depending on your location. When you search, you enter your passengers and luggage and see the car class and price for each option.

Can I request a specific vehicle or chauffeur?

You choose the car class when you book. For a specific model, colour or chauffeur, contact us before you book and we'll check with the operator. Specific requests can't be guaranteed.

What can chauffeur services be used for?

The price depends on the car class, the trip and the season, and it's shown in full before you book. Transfers are priced for the whole trip by distance, and hourly bookings have a minimum time set by the operator. Full-day rates usually include a mileage allowance.
