This may include concerns relating to:
- Vehicle condition
- Driver conduct
- Delays
- Booking coordination
- Service quality
How issues are handled
Autofusion will investigate the matter and liaise with the supplying partner where necessary to review the issue fairly and professionally.

While Autofusion coordinates the booking and support process, operational responsibility for chauffeur fulfilment remains with the independent supplying partner.
