What fuel should I use?

You must only use the correct fuel type specified for the vehicle you are hiring.

What happens if I use the wrong fuel?

If you accidentally use the wrong fuel, you must stop immediately and avoid starting or continuing to drive the vehicle.

What happens if I return the vehicle with less fuel?

Vehicles should normally be returned with the same fuel level provided at the start of the hire.

Do I need to keep fuel receipts?

Keeping fuel or charging receipts is recommended for your own records throughout the hire period.

Who pays for fuel or charging during the hire?

All day-to-day running costs during the hire period are the responsibility of the hirer.

How should I return an electric vehicle?

Electric vehicles should normally be returned with a similar battery charge level to when they were supplied.

What happens if I don't charge an EV properly?

If an electric vehicle is returned significantly below the agreed charge level, recharging and service fees may apply.

Are charging cables included?

Where applicable, charging cables and charging accessories are provided with electric or hybrid vehicles.

What happens if accessories are lost or damaged?

You may be charged for any accessories that are lost, damaged, or not returned with the vehicle.

Are additional fluids included?

Responsibility for certain fluids may depend on the hire duration and agreement terms.
