Who runs Autofusion?

Autofusion is run by Rental Tech Limited, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC896096) and based at 2 Fitzroy Place, Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow G3 7RH. We run the UK marketplace where you compare and book luxury cars, supercars and chauffeurs from hundreds of vetted hire partners.

How are hire partners vetted and approved?

Every partner is checked before any car goes live. We confirm the business with Companies House, check its insurance documents, speak to or visit the operator, check the vehicles they list, and inspect the quality of the cars. Every car and its description is then approved by Autofusion before it's listed.

What standards does every partner have to meet?

Every partner must share our aim of giving customers the best possible service. That means insured, roadworthy and well-presented cars, on-time handovers, clear communication and a condition report with photos at every handover and return.

What is the Autofusion Deposit Guarantee?

The Autofusion Deposit Guarantee means the partner must return your deposit, or raise any issue with the car, within 7 days of your hire ending. If the partner does neither, Autofusion refunds your deposit itself.

What is Autofusion Payment Protection?

Autofusion Payment Protection means your payment isn't released to the hire partner until your booking is complete. You pay Autofusion, not the partner, and card payments are processed securely by Stripe.

What is the Autofusion Price Match Promise?

If you find the same car from the same partner for the same dates at a lower price by booking direct, we'll match it. Every partner agrees its price on Autofusion is the same as or lower than booking with it directly.

Is the price I see the price I pay?

Yes. The price on the listing is the price you pay for the hire, with no booking or service fees added. It includes VAT, insurance, breakdown cover and a daily mileage allowance, and the deposit, excess and cancellation terms are all shown before you pay.

Are Autofusion reviews genuine?

Yes. Every customer is invited to leave a review on reviews.io after their hire ends, so reviews come from real, completed bookings. We don't filter or edit them.
