Yes. Report every accident or incident to Autofusion within 24 hours, however minor. That includes scrapes, kerbed wheels, damage while parked and single-car incidents.
Unreported damage found at return can still be charged, and a late report can affect the insurance. See what happens if I fail to report an accident.

Can I continue driving after an accident?
Only if the car is clearly safe and road legal. If you're unsure, don't drive it. Call Autofusion on +44 141 899 0009 and we'll arrange recovery with the partner.

What happens after I report an accident?
Once you report an accident, Autofusion and the partner record it, inspect the car and pass the claim to the insurer. You pay up to the excess on your booking for covered damage, or the full cost if it isn't covered.

What information should I collect at the scene?
If it's safe, collect the other driver's name, address, phone number, registration and insurance details, and take photos of every vehicle, the damage and the scene. Get contact details from any witnesses too.

What if the accident was not my fault?
If the other driver is identified and accepts fault, you don't pay the excess. You still need to report the accident to Autofusion within 24 hours and give us their details.
