Yes. Every driver's licence is checked through our live DVLA integration using your DVLA check code, and we check your passport and proof of address. The partner won't release the car until the checks are complete.

How is my payment information handled?
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, so Autofusion never sees or stores your full card number. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Why does Autofusion collect my personal information?
We collect your details to run your booking: to confirm who you are, check your licence, take payment, pass the right details to the partner and prevent fraud. We only use them as set out in our privacy policy.

How long do you keep my information?
We keep your information only as long as we need it. Booking records are kept for up to 7 years, claims for up to 10 years after they close, and general enquiries for 3 years.
