Why does Autofusion collect my personal information?

We collect your details to run your booking: to confirm who you are, check your licence, take payment, pass the right details to the partner and prevent fraud. We only use them as set out in our privacy policy.

Licence checks through our live DVLA integration
ID and address checks
Payments, deposits and refunds
Preventing fraud
Customer support, and any claims or fines

How is my payment information handled?

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, so Autofusion never sees or stores your full card number. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

How long do you keep my information?

We keep your information only as long as we need it. Booking records are kept for up to 7 years, claims for up to 10 years after they close, and general enquiries for 3 years.

We collect what's needed to book and verify each driver: your name, contact details, date of birth, driving licence details, passport, proof of address and payment details, plus your booking history.
