Booking delays and verification issues
If required documents, payments, or verification checks are not completed on time, your booking may be delayed or cancelled.
This may happen if:
- Documents are missing
- Identity checks fail
- Payment authorisation cannot be completed
- Licence verification is incomplete
- Driver eligibility requirements are not met

Autofusion and the supplying partner reserve the right to cancel or delay bookings where verification requirements cannot be completed before the scheduled hire start time.
