Yes. When a fine arrives, the partner either transfers it into your name, so the issuing authority contacts you directly, or contacts you to pay it. Some fines arrive weeks after your hire ends, and you're still responsible for them.

Yes, but on Autofusion bookings the partner's admin fee for handling a fine is capped at £25 per fine.

Am I responsible for tolls and congestion charges?
Yes. You pay all tolls and road charges during your hire, including the London Congestion Charge, ULEZ, clean air zones and the Dart Charge. Pay them on time, as an unpaid charge becomes a penalty, which is passed to you with the partner's admin fee of up to £25.

You are. The hirer is responsible for every fine, toll and road charge during the hire, even if the notice arrives after the car has gone back. The partner can also charge an admin fee for handling a fine, capped at £25 per fine on Autofusion bookings.

What details are shared with authorities?
When a fine or notice is issued, the partner shares the details needed to transfer it to you, usually your name, address and driving licence details, with the issuing authority or parking operator. Only what's needed to deal with the notice, or what the law requires, is shared.
