Yes. Contact us if you need more or fewer miles, and we'll agree a new allowance and monthly price with the partner. Changing it early is usually cheaper than paying for extra miles at the end.

Can I change vehicles during a long-term hire?
Yes, if another car is available. Contact us and we'll arrange the swap with the partner, adjusting your monthly price, deposit and mileage allowance to match the new car.

Can I extend my long-term hire agreement?
Yes, if the car is still available and your payments are up to date. Contact us before your end date and we'll confirm the extension and the price for the extra months with the partner.

What is long-term hire?
Long-term hire means renting a car for 28 days or more, usually up to 12 months, paid monthly. It sits between short-term hire and leasing: you don't own the car or sign a long lease, and insurance, maintenance and breakdown cover are usually included.

What happens at the end of a long-term hire?
Return the car on the agreed date and at the agreed place, with the same fuel or charge level. The partner inspects it, settles any extra mileage, damage or outstanding fines, and releases your deposit within 7 days.
