Driver & licence requirements
- Valid driving licence
- Driver(s) must be 25 or over
- Credit card in the main driver's name
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of £2,000.00 is pre-authorised on your card at handover. It's held, not taken from your account, and released within 7 days of your hire ending unless the partner raises an issue with the car. Covered by the Autofusion Deposit Guarantee.
Mileage
Unlimited mileage. There is no excess mileage charge.
Damage excess
The standard damage excess for this vehicle is £2,000.00. You can reduce it by adding a cover option during checkout.
Fuel policy
Collect with a noted fuel level; return at the same level. A refuelling charge applies if returned below.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 3 days before your scheduled pick-up. If you cancel after this period, no refund will be issued. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5-10 working days. No-shows are treated as cancellations after the free cancellation period. Booking amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Collecting the vehicle
All new customers must bring their original Driving License, Passport, Credit Card with them at time of pick up and any additional IDs requested by the Service Team.
We are Located directly behind Bayswater Train Station.
We are not in the London Congestion charging Zone and it's the customers reasonability to pay if they travel into the Zone.
Subject to prior agreement you can leave your vehicle at our secure location free of charge. Prestige Collection take no responsibility for the vehicle whilst it's left on site.
Returning the vehicle
You must return the vehicle at the agreed time on you Rental Agreement within our opening hours, unless a specific time has been prior agreed by both parties.
It’s important to note that there is no option to leave the vehicle anywhere else should you fail to return the vehicle on the agreed date / time and additional rentala charges / cost will apply accordingly.
