Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of £1,000.00 is pre-authorised on your card at handover. It's held, not taken from your account, and released within 7 days of your hire ending unless the partner raises an issue with the car. Covered by the Autofusion Deposit Guarantee.
Mileage
100 miles per day included (300 miles for your 3-day hire). Extra miles are charged at £1.00 per mile.
Fuel policy
Collect with a noted fuel level; return at the same level. A refuelling charge applies if returned below.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 3 days before your scheduled pick-up. If you cancel after this period, no refund will be issued. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5-10 working days. No-shows are treated as cancellations after the free cancellation period. Booking amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
